Located on 120 acres of land overlooking Cayuga Lake, the Cayuga Nature Center cultivates awareness, appreciation, and responsibility for the natural world.

View live animals in outdoor and indoor exhibits. See how life has changed under the surface of Cayuga Lake over the past 300 years in our Cayuga Lake: Past and Present aquaria exhibit. Climb TreeTops, our six-story tree house and get a bird’s-eye view of the forest canopy. See exhibits on the ecology of the Cayuga Basin in our historic Lodge. Join a citizen science project in Our Changing Climate. Hike our miles of trails through woodlands and meadows past ponds, streams, and waterfalls.
